TMZ.com reports that Sean Penn had a confrontation with a local photographer at the funeral for his brother Chris. While no details as to what caused the skirmish have been released, we do know that we’ll need to contact actor Mark Ruffalo for the pictures, as he, inexplicably, stepped in and took the memory stick from the photographer’s camera.
